Our study identified two SNPs, rs921932379 and rs113688672, associated with hypertension (≥5 log-p value), which are located within the intergenic region of GMPS-SETP14 and ISCA1P6-AC012451.1 genes, respectively (Table 1, Figure 5 and Figure 6). The gene discussed is SETP14; the disease is hypertensive disorder.
