The addition of TI-treated (TNF + IFNγ) and untreated HD/ASCs to Tact cells triggered opposite effects, i.e., significantly enhanced GATA-3 mRNA levels, leaving T-bet mRNA levels unchanged, thus finally reducing T-bet/GATA3 ratio and causing a shift toward Th2 response (Figure 1A).
