ACE and heart failure: Comparing our results with those of PSIs studies conducted on general practices in the UK, the proportion of patients identified at risk for each PSI was higher in our study for PSI 2, NSAID prescribed to a person aged ≥75 years [2,23]; PSI 3, NSAID prescribed with antiplatelets [2]; PSI 4, NSAID with OAC [2,8,23]; PSI 5, NSAID prescribed to a person aged ≥65 years with ACE inhibitor/ARB and a diuretic [8]; PSI 6, NSAID prescribed to a person aged ≥65 with GFR <60 [8]; and PSI 7, NSAID prescribed to a person with heart failure [8,23].
