HSPB1 and in situ carcinoma: Inconsistent with this tentative conclusion, a recent study contributed by Karri RL et al. [20] was observed, employing 30 samples of epithelial dysplasia (10 mild dysplasia, 10 moderate dysplasia and 10 severe dysplasia/carcinoma in situ cases), showing a significant correlation between HSP27 expression and the severity of dysplasia and well-differentiated OSCC.
