AFP and neoplasm: Among them, FIB-4 (HR, 1.02; 95% CI, 1.01–1.04; p = 0.008) and NLR (hazard ratio [HR], 1.06; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.02–1.11; p = 0.007) were independent prognostic factors for disease progression in the multivariate analysis, along with AFP levels and tumor size and number, as well as the presence of vascular invasion.
