Three of them (HTR5A, GABRA2, and CHRM3) were associated with the same clinical outcomes in both cancers, whereas the remaining 10 genes (DRD1, HTR1E, HTR3B, GABRA1, GABRA4, GABRB2, GABRG2, GRIN1, GRM7, and ADRA1B) exhibited an opposite association with clinical outcomes. Here, GABRB2 is linked to cancer.
