A similar trend was observed for sIL6R serum levels in DVT patients (AA: 35,612 pg/mL, range 29,018–40,805 pg/mL; AC: 50,095 pg/mL, range 43,123–59,511 pg/mL; CC: 65,512 pg/mL, range 56,851–74,173 pg/mL) (Figure 2B) and healthy controls (AA: 34,993 pg/mL, range 34,468–40,397 pg/mL; AC: 48,503 pg/mL, range 45,651–54,263 pg/mL; CC: 65,916 pg/mL, range 58,429–73,609 pg/mL) (Figure 2C). The gene discussed is IL6R; the disease is deep vein thrombosis.
