KEGG pathway enrichment analysis showed that most of the differentially expressed genes were enriched in Lipid and atherosclerosis, Cell adhesion molecules, Sphingolipid metabolism and other fat metabolism-related pathways, as well as MAPK, Calcium, GnRH, and other growth-related pathways, indicating that the process of fat metabolism is accompanied by growth and other life activity. This evidence concerns the gene GNRH1 and atherosclerosis.
