A significant reduction in the serum testosterone concentration and StAR protein level was observed in the CIS-treated group compared to the control group (1.15 ± 0.13 vs. 2.11 ± 0.05 ng/mL, and 0.8793 ± 0.02 vs. 1.55 ± 0.02, respectively) (Figure 3 and Figure 4).
