Thus, our omics datasets from five urothelial bladder cancer cell lines could be utilized, among other prospects, (a) to identify and validate novel target genes or proteins associated with UC; (b) to uncover new metabolic pathway(s) and signaling network(s) in the direction of identifying potential target for cancer therapy, (c) to study epigenetic regulation, protein modification, and cellular consequences as a result of HDAC5 expression.
