High ELF1 levels correlate with worse overall survival in all AML patients (excluding t(15;17)) (p = 0.017), CN-AML (p = 0.038), NPM1-wildtype CN-AML (p = 0.011) and NPM1-mutated/FLT3-wildtype CN-AML (p = 0.046) (Fig. 6b). The gene discussed is FLT3; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
