ROC curves showed that the addition of IgE or CML to the basic clinical model significantly improved diagnostic performance for ISR in patients with T2DM (area under the curve (AUC): 0.759 (0.713–0.804) or 0.748 (0.701–0.794) vs. 0.705 (0.655–0.755), all p < 0.01; Figure 4).
