The results of this study shows that the levels of LDL‐C, FPG, chemerin, ox‐LDL, MMP‐9, and PAPP‐A in the ACI group were higher than those in the TIA group and control group, while the levels of mentioned indicators in the TIA group were higher than those in the control group, indicating that LDL‐C, FPG, chemerin, ox‐LDL, MMP‐9, and PAPP‐A were all highly expressed in ACI and were significantly higher than those in patients with TIA. The gene discussed is RARRES2; the disease is transient ischemic attack.
