CD274 and neoplasm: The Blueprint PD-L1 Immunohistochemistry Project assessed 5 commercial PD-L1 IHC assays and found highly comparable staining with clone 22C3, clone 28–8 and clone SP263 assays; less sensitivity with clone SP142 assay; and higher sensitivity with clone 73–10 assay in terms of the detection of PD-L1 expression on tumor cells, while poor reliability was found on immune cells [21].
