Further immunofluorescence results indicated that CD11b+, IBA1+ and CD103+ immune cells were all significantly enriched during the late infection phase (Figs 8A, 8B, 8D and S7C), while CD3+ immune cells were aggregated only at 7 dpi (Figs 8C and S7C), which was consistent with the transcriptional results. The gene discussed is ITGAE; the disease is infection.
