To further elucidate the downstream targets of SURC in regulating CRC growth by targeting miR–185-5p, we detected the mRNA expression profiles in SURC knockdown and control cells and found that SURC knockdown decreases the expression of a series of coding genes that were involved in the p53 signaling pathway, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway (Supplemental Figure 7, A and B).
