Based on the regulation principle of ceRNA, the upregulation of exosomal hsa-miR-215 expression in circulating blood after exercise was found to potentially contribute to the inhibition of AD necroptosis-related genes such as IDH1, SIRT1, and BCL2L11. According to miRWalk database, SIRT1 and BCL2L11 have been previously validated as the target genes of miR-215-5p. The gene discussed is BCL2L11; the disease is Alzheimer disease.
