The result showed that enriched gene sets of the HALLMARK collection in the high-risk group were mainly involved in tumor-related pathways, including E2F, G2/M checkpoint, glycolysis, mTORC1, MYC, oxidative phosphorylation, and unfolded protein response, which are closely related to the malignant proliferation of tumor cells (Figure 7).
