MTOR and renal cell carcinoma: SN202 significantly inhibits the activities of PI3Kα and PI3Kγ and is expected to be used in further preclinical and clinical development to study its therapeutic value in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) (Husseinzadeh and Garcia, 2011; Pal and Quinn, 2013) (SN202 inhibits PI3Kα, PI3Kγ, and mTOR, and the corresponding IC50 values are 3.2, 3.3, and 1.2 nM, respectively).
