At univariate analysis, age < 65 years (p = .024), heavy smoking (p = .005), Osteolytic BM (p = .034), number of bone metastasis ≥3 (p = .032), EGFR‐L858R mutated (p = .018) and bisphosphonate times <6 (p = .046), were significantly associated with worse overall survival (OS). This evidence concerns the gene EGFR and bone metastasis.
