In the multi-population analyses, 10 of the 17 SNPs (CELSR2/PSRC1, PCSK9, ABCG8, ABO, TCF7L2, FTO, NFAT5, KANSL2/GOSR2, APOC1/APOE, and LDLR) were protective against ischemic heart disease. Here, KANSL2 is linked to coronary artery disorder.
