Patients with TP53 mutant AML with neither 17p losses and/or complex karyotype had a favorable OS at 2 years of 65.2% (95% CI, 48.4–77.6), with a CIR at 2 years of 27.5% (95% CI, 13.4–43.7). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
