The results showed that IGF-1, 740 Y-P, and si-AKT1 rescued the effects of curcumin on the proliferation, apoptosis, migration, invasion, and inflammation of RA-FLSs, indicating that curcumin functions on the RA-FLSs by the PI3K/AKT pathway. This evidence concerns the gene IGF1 and rheumatoid arthritis.
