The Western blot further confirmed that knockdown of eEF1A1 significantly reduced the phosphorylated forms of ERK1/2, JNK, and p38 MAPK, suggesting that eEF1A1 regulated malignancy phenotypes of CRC cells by promoting the activation of critical proteins in MAPK signaling pathways. This evidence concerns the gene EEF1A1 and colorectal carcinoma.
