VIM and lung adenocarcinoma: Finally, it was concluded that VIM-AS1 was significantly expressed in bladder urothelial carcinoma BLCA, breast invasive carcinoma BRCA, hepatocellular carcinoma LIHC, lung adenocarcinoma LUAD, lung squamous cell carcinoma LUSC, skin melanoma SKCM, gastric cancer STAD, and thyroid cancer THCA, with statistically significant results (P < 0.05) (Figure 1).
