In the current study, we found that lncRNA H19 was overexpressed in the exosomes derived from TAMs, and silencing of exosomal H19 in TAMs-exo significantly suppressed the autophagy process in BC cells as shown of decreased LC3-II expression and LC3 puncta formation, and consistent results were obtained in the H19-overexpressed experiments. This evidence concerns the gene H19 and breast cancer.
