To determine the clinical relevance of the NANOG-CD59 axis in human cancer, we evaluated the CD59 level by immunohistochemistry in cervical tissue specimens from patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) (Supplementary Table S1) and further analyzed their relationship with the previously reported NANOG19. The gene discussed is CD59; the disease is cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia.
