The results showed that the expression levels of HLA-F-AS1 (Figure 1(a)) and premature miR-613 (Figure 1(b)) were significantly decreased in PCOS (p < 0.01), while the expression levels of mature miR-613 were increased in PCOS (Figure 1(c), p < 0.01). The gene discussed is HLA-F; the disease is polycystic ovary syndrome.
