CVID patients with ≥6.2 kPa had significantly lower mean absolute CD4+CD45RA+ naïve T cells (82 vs. 241 cells/μl; p = 0.04), higher AST levels (53 vs. 33 U/L; p = 0.04), and higher ALP levels (proximal, 259 vs. 107 U/L; p = 0.04; peak, 328 vs. 121 U/L; p = 0.01). Here, CD4 is linked to common variable immunodeficiency.
