Results of colony formation and TUNEL assays indicated that ZRANB2 overexpression rescued the anticancer influences of HLA-DQB1-AS1 knockdown on the proliferation and apoptosis in MHCC97-H and Huh-7 cells (Figures 6(a) and 6(b)), suggesting that HLA-DQB1-AS1 exerted the tumor promoter role in hepatocellular carcinoma by the interaction with ZRANB2.
