The RNA expression levels of TAPT1-AS1, HCP5, C12orf77, and USP30-AS1 were validated in the human TNBC cell lines (Figure 3D), the result of which illustrated that HCP5, C12orf77, and USP30-AS1 were significantly promoted in breast cancer cell lines, namely, MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-468, while TAPT1-AS1 dwindled in TNBC cell lines when compared with the breast epithelial cell line MCF10A. This evidence concerns the gene TAPT1 and breast carcinoma.
