Several studies reported that LINC00852 plays a role in the proliferative and aggressive nature of osteosarcoma associated with the receptor complex kinase AXL, a founding member of the TAM receptor complex kinase family and that dysregulation of AXL by chemotherapy may be resistant to Gas6 stimulation-induced acute myeloid leukemia in AML cells (Li et al., 2020). Here, LINC00852 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
