Since T cells and MDSCs were the most prevalent cells among the infiltrated immune cells correlated with TMEM170B expression, and previous studies have shown that CD4+T Cells, CD8+T cells and MDSCs are the major factors responsible for impacting pancreatic cancer progression, invasiveness, metastasis, and patients’ survival Foley et al. (2016; Thyagarajan et al. (2019), we further explored the correlation between CD4+T Cells, CD8+T cells, and MDSCs infiltration and TMEM170B expression. The gene discussed is TMEM170B; the disease is pancreatic neoplasm.
