Noticeably, after dividing the GC patients into four groups according to the median expression of DDX27 and LPP, we analyzed the effects of two markers on clinical survival and found that the low expressions of DDX27 and LPP could indicate a better prognosis, while either a high DDX27 or LPP could lead to a short overall survival (Figure 4D). The gene discussed is LPP; the disease is gastric cancer.
