The network pharmacology analysis showed that quercetin, luteolin, and kaempferol are the most significant active components in BHHD; STAT3, Jun, AKT1, MAPK3, MAPK1, and TP53 are the most critical drug targets; regulating hormones, reversing insulin (INS) resistance, exerting anti-inflammatory effects, and improving fertility might be the most important mechanisms of BHHD in the treatment of PCOS. The gene discussed is MAPK1; the disease is polycystic ovary syndrome.
