In the current study, we discovered that HCC cells can potentially activate MAPKs, including p-MEK, p-ERK, and p-p38, to protect themselves against the ARV-771-induced damage, indicating that the activation of MEK/ERK and p38 signaling pathways exert a protective role in HCC cells under some hijacked conditions.
