Although there is currently no study of lncRNAs used in clinical patients to improve radiotherapy resistance, studies have shown that nanoparticles-meditated LncRNA AFAP1-AS1 silencing to block the wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway can effectively improve the radioresistance of triple-negative breast cancer (Bi et al., 2020). Here, AFAP1 is linked to triple-negative breast carcinoma.
