Western blot showed that knockdown of MTFR2 inhibited the activation of the AKT pathway and SC79 can partially reduce si-MTFR2-induced decreased p-AKT and Cyclin D1 expression, suggesting that MTFR2 could regulate lung cancer proliferation through the AKT signaling pathway (Figure 5G).
