Cancer specific mortality was worse with increasing age (HR 1.06, 955 CI 1.04-1.09, p<0.001), advanced FIGO stage (HR 5.01, 95% CI 3.16-7.94, p<0.001), high-grade disease (HR 5.76, 95%CI 3.48-9.53, p<0.001), non-endometrioid histology (HR 4.84, 95%CI 3.05-7.69, p<0.001), presence of LVSI (HR 3.46, 95%CI 2.20-5.45, p<0.001), deep myometrial invasion (HR 2.23, 95%CI 1.42-3.50, p=0.001) and higher baseline CRP (HR 2.09, 95%CI 1.15-3.81, p=0.016).
