AKT1 and melanoma: The unique DELs target genes of subcutaneous adipocytes before and after differentiation are most significantly enriched in biosynthesis of amino acids, glycolysis/Gluconeogenesis, carbon metabolism, valine, leucine and isoleucine degradation, histidine metabolism, fatty acid degradation, melanoma, fatty acid metabolism (adjusted p < 0.05), among which fatty acid degradation, fatty acid metabolism, TGF-beta signaling pathway, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway have a significant impact on the adipogenesis (Figure 4F).
