CEACAM5 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes: In multivariate analysis, tumor deposition (HR, 1.31; 95% CI, 1.08–2.95; P = 0.001), neural invasion (HR, 1.60; 95% CI, 1.17–2.19; P = 0.002), preoperative high level of CEA (HR, 1.46; 95% CI, 1.20–1.85; P = 0.01), lymph node metastases ≥ 4 patient group (HR, 1.86; 95% CI, 1.49–2.23; P = 0.01), tumor deposition plus lymph node metastases ≥ 4 patient group (HR, 1.88; 95% CI, 1.24–2.87; P = 0.003) were associated with a shorter 3-year RFS (Table 2).
