CLOCK and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Exploring the roles of NFATC1, RORA, and MIR1251, we found that all three genes were implicated in lung cancer, with NFATC1 being an oncogene, RORA being a key circadian clock regulator in non-small cell lung carcinoma, and MIR1251 encoding for non-coding RNA which promotes cell migration and invasion by lung cancer cells [46–48].
