GNRH1 and Infertility: Consistent with the available literature, higher endometrium thickness on the hCG trigger day, increased AFCs, extended gonadotropin duration, a prolonged GnRH-agonist protocol, and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) and IVF methods of fertilization were each associated with increased LBRs, whereas higher female age, longer infertility duration, higher basal FSH, increased total dose of gonadotropin, GnRH-antagonist protocol, natural cycle, and data missing on stimulation protocols were associated with decreased LBRs.
