Several lncRNAs (CRNDE, GAS5, HOTAIR, lincMTX2, lincZFP161, MALAT1, MIR17HG, MIRLET7BHG, NRAV, RAD51-AS1, SNHG16, STXBP5-AS1, TUG1, and UCA1) and TFs (MYC, NFKBIA, PPARA, RELA, and TRIM22) were predicted to regulate MAPK-type AD based on the RNAInter and TRRUST databases, and their regulatory relationship with the corresponding signaling pathways was determined using a Sankey diagram (Figure 3A).
