Several lncRNAs (CISTR, CRNDE, FENDRR, FMR1-AS1, lincMTX2, lincTNS1, MALAT1, NRAV, RAD51-AS1, SNHG16, STXBP5-AS1, TFAP2A-AS2, and TUG1) and TFs (JUN, STAT1, and TFAP2A) were predicted to interact with pathway genes, regulating the main pathway of synaptic-type AD. This evidence concerns the gene CRNDE and Alzheimer disease.
