The KEGG pathway analysis was primarily focused on “DNA replication”, “Base excision repair”, “Nucleotide excision repair”, and “RNA polymerase”, all of which had great opportunities to be involved in the progression of platinum-resistant cancers, in addition, the mRNAs were also highly relevant to inflammation-associated pathways, such as “TNF signaling pathway”, “Toll-like receptor signaling pathway”, and “C-type lectin receptor signaling pathway” (Figure 3A). This evidence concerns the gene CLEC4D and cancer.
