Although we did not find evidence that targeting Srsf1 provided a survival advantage or a change in tumour number or burden (Figs. S6c–S6e) we found that deletion of one copy of Srsf1 (Fig. S6f) significantly reduced the proportion of mice presenting with invasive tumours in this model (Fig. 6a, b). The gene discussed is SRSF1; the disease is neoplasm.
