To assess the miR-128-3p-mediated involvement of VEGFC in CRC cell proliferation, metastasis, and angiogenesis, VEGFC overexpression in LOVO and SW620 cells induced by pCDNA3.1-VEGFC, which could abrogate the inhibition of malignant behaviors caused by upregulated miR-128-3p expression, was confirmed with qRT-PCR (Figure 7(h)). The gene discussed is VEGFC; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
