Consistently, our data revealed that c-Myc inhibitor 10,074-G5 dramatically decreased PD-L1 expression in a dose-dependent manner (p < 0.05; Figure 3J) Therefore, considering the overexpression of c-Myc and PD-L1 in pancreatic tumors, we concluded that c-Myc could trigger PD-L1, thereby may contribute to the occurrence of dFdC resistance in pancreatic cancer.
