Furthermore, overall survival of clinical cases of pancreatic cancer was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier, we found that patients with high c-Myc and PD-L1 expression had shorter overall survival, indicating that high c-Myc (p = 0.022) and PD-L1 (p < 0.001) expression were associated with poor prognosis of patients (Figure 1D). This evidence concerns the gene MYC and familial pancreatic carcinoma.
