More importantly, the survival analysis revealed that high expression of c-Myc (p = 0.022) and PD-L1 (p < 0.001) in pancreatic tumor tissues predicted a poor prognosis (Figure 1D), and PD-L1 and c-Myc double-high tumors were associated with worse overall survival compared to the other groups (p = 0.013; Figure 1E).
