MiR-22-3p derived from exosomes of ADMSCs can inhibit inflammatory response and reduce cerebral ischemia injury by promoting macrophage M2 polarization and inhibit inflammation (Fang et al., 2021); inhibiting the activity of caspase-3, increasing the expression of Bcl-2 in neurons (Yu et al., 2015); reducing the expression of NF-κB co-activator NCOA1, and significantly inhibiting the activity of NF-κB (Yu et al., 2015); and reducing the apoptosis rate of cortical neurons (Yu et al., 2015). Here, NFKB1 is linked to Cerebral ischemia.
