By comparison, the changes to the dermal secretome were more limited (Figure S2B) but dominated by the upregulation of inflammatory proteins (IL-6, GM-CSF), chemokines (CXCL12, CCL5), and proteins associated with fibrosis (PDGF-BB), mirroring the skin of patients with GVHD-like disease (Taylor et al., 2018).
